Custom Carport Packages / Enclosures

We offer a wide variety of Custom Carport Designs for your new manufactured home of modular home. There a many different options to choose from when designing your new carport including, layout, size and building materials. A free-standing Carport, Patio Cover or Covered Walkway can be an ideal way to shelter you, your vehicles, boats, bicycles and more, from the  elements. They can also help you make better use of your living space and add an extra measure of comfort and convenience at the same time.

Carports and patio covers are constructed to your specifications and designed and engineered to the Florida Wind Codes to be used on manufactured homes and modular homes. Roof panels can be standard aluminum panels or 3” structural aluminum panels with a baked on high gloss, sun deflective surface. Post supports are designed for maximum strength and durability. If you wish, patio or carport  covers can also be designed for a future conversion to accommodate screen, glass or vinyl rooms!

We offer custom design services for your new outside packages. The drawing below shows a typical carport package layout. We can usually incorporate you tastes and ideas into the design. Would you like a Screened Enclosure, Lanai or maybe a workshop or storage area. We can pretty much accommodate most requests!
