Modular Homes vs Manufactured Homes.

Many people are confused about the differences between Florida modular homes and a manufactured homes.  Both types of housing are built in the same controlled environment.  A manufactured home is built to comply with the National Manufactured Home Construction and Safety Standards (HUD Code), whereas a modular home in Florida is built in accordance with the Florida State Building Codes.   Below you will find a selection of our Florida modular designed homes, but the majority of our manufactured home floor plans can also be built as a modular home.
