Jacobsen Homes has been building quality homes for 50 years. They offer a wide variety of floor plans that you can choose from, or you may wish to design your own floor plan. Over the years, Jacobsen Homes has developed what they call a "flexible" product which allows you to incorporate your personal taste in the floor plan and decor.

In the left side bar you will find three different types of homes that we build.

Manufactured Homes (also know as mobile homes) are normally located within manufactured home communities or on private property that is zoned for manufactured home (mobile homes).

Modular Homes are designed for residential areas where zoning does not permit manufactured homes (mobile homes).

Park Model Homes are homes under 500 sq ft and normally located with RV resorts.
